O dia Nacional da Saúde e Nutrição é comemorado em 31 de março. Os alunos da turma A-vespertino sob orientação da Professora Aparecida Horta Lopes, realizaram um Seminário em comemoração dia 26 de março. Uma aula dinâmica que envolveu amostras e práticas de uma alimentação saudável. Contou com a presença de alunos do Curso Técnico em Enfermagem da Escola Técnica de Comércio Santa Luzia, com o Diretor da Faculdade Santa Luzia, o Professor Luis Martins Machado, o coordenador do Curso Enfermagem Bacharelado, Pofessor Antonio da Costa Cardoso Neto e o Secretário Acadêmico Carleilson Santiago de Farias.
Uma boa alimentação não se resume apenas em saciar o apetite. O mais importante é manter a saúde geral, por isso, uma alimentação saudável precisa incluir nutrientes necessários para bom funcionamento do corpo, contribuindo diretamente para o aumento na qualidade de vida das pessoas.
O evento promovido pelos discentes da turma 1- vespertino do Primeiro Período Do Curso de graduação Enfermagem Bacharelado teve início às 15:00h com término às 16:00h.
Com a intenção de sensibilizar a todos sobre a importância de uma alimentação saudável os alunos da turma 2- Noturno fizeram exposição de alimentos e explicaram os valores nutricionais e os benefícios para a saúde.
A aula prática dos alunos da turma 2- noturno em forma de Seminário sob orientação da professora Aparecida Horta Lopes iniciou Às 19:30h.
Subtemas: Dietas Especiais; Alimentação Por Sonda; Tipos de Dietas; Os Cinco Melhores alimentos e os cinco piores alimentos.
É através da alimentação que o organismo recebe os nutrientes necessários à manutenção da saúde.
A verdadeira fonte de nossas riquezas está no alimento, seja ele ingerido na sua forma natural ou modificado.
Em comemoração ao Dia Nacional da Saúde e Nutrição a turma 2-NOTURNO do curso de Graduação em Enfermagem Bacharelado encerra a noite com uma aula especial e empolgante ás 21:00h.
